How do I look?

Few people are entirely satisfied with the way they look!

Maybe your hair sticks up in the wrong places.
Perhaps you feel your nose is the wrong shape.

To make matters worse, a teenager’s appearance can change so rapidly that you may ‘feel like a stranger in your own body’ and fret about your hair, figure and physique.

Strangely, concern over personal appearance is not always due to physical defects.

A slender person may wish that he was heavier, while a buxom person might complain about how ‘fat’ she is.

How can this be?

What makes well-formed young people think that they are unattractive?

Why are some teenagers so concerned about their looks?

How do you feel about your own looks?

What is acne and how can you deal with it?

How can you make the most of your looks?
